YOU HAVE TO EARN THE RIGHT TO USE MACRO'S
Let me start by saying dieting is a terrible word. When you sign up to our nutrition coaching we teach you life changing habits which you will be able to maintain way after you hit your body composition or body weight goals.
We start with giving you a structured and well balanced nutrition plan, however we give you no variance and tell you that you have to “earn the right to use macros”.
What we mean by this is if you can prove to us that you can follow your plan perfectly with no mistakes for a few weeks we will give you some freedom in your plan. In our experience we find this approach will give you very quick results which will build momentum and motivate you to want more and more results.
Now that you have formed these new habits and are more motivated than ever on wanting to hit your goals, we can give you more freedom and allow you to track some of your plan with macros whilst we still control the rest of your plan. At this stage we teach you all about macros, how to choose the best food options to fit into your diet and give you nutrition hacks to increase the food volume of meals without increasing the calories.
Generally we find after just 4 weeks you have formed these life changing habits and have already seen some huge changes in your body and performance. At this stage we give you the option to follow a complete macro based nutrition plan with weekly updates or continue on with having half of your plan structured by us.
This is our approach which has worked so successfully with all our athletes, we do not coach you how to diet we coach you in how to change your life for ever.
